All work that is properly presented by a registered Author at IPAC’22 will be included in the proceedings to be published on the JACoW website.

Use of the current JACoW templates is mandatory — always download the latest template (for Word, Latex and Open Document) before starting, even if you are an experienced author and/or have downloaded it for a previous conference.  Do NOT reuse the source file from a paper submitted to a previous conference.

Please follow the paper guideline and submission guideline. All contributions to the proceedings are uploaded via IPAC/JACoW Author Accounts.

The deadline for the upload of contributions to the proceedings is:

Wednesday June 8, 2022 at 23:59 ICT (UTC+7)

The Editor in Chief reserves the right to refuse papers for publication that do not meet a reasonable level of preparation.
